What is the size of The Workshop?
Our space is approximately 950 square feet.
Are tables and chairs included?
We include 1 wooden farm table & 10 chairs complimentary. We have additional tables and chairs available to add on to your rental.
Can I bring my own tables & chairs?
For sure, you are welcome to bring in your own tables and chairs if you prefer.
Do you permit candles?
You are welcome to use candles, however please be aware you will be financially responsible for any damage that may result. If wax melts or burns any holes on our linens or tables you will be responsible for replacing.
Can I bring in my own food? Can I have a food truck/pop-up food vendor?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food or have your event professionally catered. We are happy to provide recommendations upon request. If you would like to have a food truck or pop-up food vendor outdoors, please coordinate this with us prior to your event. We can typically accommodate in the front 2 parking spaces.
Can I serve alcohol?
Yes, you may serve (but not sell) alcohol.
Does the space include a kitchen?
The Workshop includes a single commercial electric oven, commercial refrigerator, 1 countertop induction burner and 10 countertop butane burners. Please note, there is no gas range/stove.
Is the space wheelchair accessible?
Yes, our parking lot, space and restrooms are ADA compliant.
Is indoor smoking or vaping permitted?
Absolutely no smoking or vaping is allowed inside our space or restrooms.
Can I film in this space?
Yes, absolutely. While the space is generally quiet, we do have neighbors and cannot guarantee complete silence for filming audio.
Are there any types of events that are not a good fit for The Workshop?
We love a good party, however if your event is the type that goes from 10pm to 2am it is probably not a good fit.
Does The Workshop have video cameras?
Yes, our space has 24-hour video (no audio) surveillance inside and around exterior entrance/exits.
